Full-time · W-2
Lead Carpenter
You run a project — layout, framing, mechanical coordination, finish details. Read and produce simple drawings, talk directly with homeowners, hold the schedule. Min 5 years framing-to-finish experience.
$32–$42/hr DOE

Finish Carpenter
Trim, doors, cabinets, built-ins. You set the bar for craftsmanship the rest of the crew copies. Min 3 years in finish-grade residential work.
$28–$38/hr DOE

Apprentice / 2nd-year Carpenter
You can hang drywall, hand-nail trim, run a circular saw safely, and want to learn finish work. We will mentor you toward Lead in 2–3 years.
$22–$28/hr DOE
